Pregnant lady: number of days likely for pregnancy

Ovulation period is the most fertile time when a lady can become pregnant. Even, the woman is fertile two or three days before the date of ovulation. Even, the menstrual cycle through which a lady is going through is a reason for stating whether the lady is likely to get pregnant or not. Now these eggs are very efficient to get fertilized.  A lady having the menstrual cycle between 28 to 32 days can expect the ovulation between 11 to 21 days. Pregnancy during periods

People have a conception that, having sexual intercourse during your menstrual cycle is safe. It is a true fact. You can easily keep on having sex when your blood flow during the periodic cycle is low. It is quite rare to become pregnant while having sex during this period. But, according to the expert, it is not impossible. Since sperm can live inside the body of a woman even after three to five days of having sex, it is possible for a woman to get pregnant with the sperm deposited while you are having sex during your periods.

Whether you will be pregnant or not, also depends on health, weight balance, nutrition etc. A healthy woman is most likely to get pregnant.  Among the considerations of health, the factors like healthy diet, balanced weight plays an important role. Even you should have sex regularly to become mentally and physically healthy. Your diet also can affect your fertility. If you want to conceive, you must consume oyster, fatty fish, and lean protein. If you delay your pregnancy, it is good for adopting the herbal remedies.

Tap your thumb and first finger together. If the fluid stretches while you spread your thumb  and finger apart. This could mean ovulation is near.

Basal body temperature

Your body temperature will rise and stay at a higher level for the rest of your ovulation cycle at after you ovulates. At the end of your cycle, it falls again. You can see the difference between the two phases which is most often less than one degree. Note the temperature in the morning before you get out of bed using special thermometer. After that, use a digital thermometer that is accurate to the tenth of a degree. Maintain a chart of your temperature every day. If you look complete cycle, you will notice the temperature become higher than the first part of your cycle and rise is about 0.2 degrees or more above the previous 6 days.
