Eat these foods in pregnancy



Wholegrain cereals
Pregnant women should eat whole grains. Whole grains - such as oatmeal, pasta, wheat, rice, etc., carbohydrates, iron and vitamins is present in abundance. They also have fiber and folic acid.


Beans
Beans rich in vitamins, calcium, protein and nutrients such as iron are present. There are many types of beans, such as - black beans, white beans, pinto beans, lentils, black-eyed peas and soy beans etc. Iron deficiency in pregnancy by eating beans regularly have not.


Eggs
Pregnancy should definitely take the eggs. Amino acids are found in eggs, which is the main source of protein.Also, vitamin and mineral, which is found in eggs that the unborn child's brain plays a key role in developing. You can eat raw and boiled egg.

Calcium-rich diets
Fetal bones, teeth and muscles need calcium to build and feeds from her mother need it. If the mother in pregnancy unless the plentiful calcigerous diet is likely to osteoporosis later. So as calcigerous diet - milk, yogurt, cheese, green vegetables, broccoli, etc. should take.


Fruits and Vegetables
Regularly during pregnancy should take green vegetables and fresh fruits. Bananas, apples, carrots, spinach, etc. plentiful in vitamins, protein and calcium that is.


Vitamin C-rich diet
Vitamin C is a mother and child repair damaged tissue. Mother's immune system builds. Vitamin C is easily oranges, strawberries, citrus fruits such as peppers and tomatoes is found plentiful.
